3D Modelling

Specialising in Creo or Inventor, both cutting edge 3D modelling software programs that allow rapid concept development of ideas and solutions. With virtual development tools such as mechanised models, additive manufacturing, sheet metal and forming, this tool can remove requirements for a project to produce physical prototypes creating optimised product development and rapid product improvement programs.

FEA

Our Engineers can help solve your structural engineering challenges by simulating your designs through a range of services using our analysis expertise with Ansys simulation software.

 

Depending on requirements, basic or indepth FEA investigations can be provided which include fatigue life investigations, design for dynamic structures and modal analysis.

Hydraulic Design

Hydarulic systems can be modelled in Automation Studio allowing full simulated schematics allowing for functional assessment of concepts, heat rejection analysis and functional safety design. Hydraulic Systems, flow losses within lines can be accurately evaluated providing efficient designs and maximising usage from components. We can provide support from design all the way through to commissioning of complex hydraulic systems.

Robotics

Modern manufacturing processes are moving towards automated welding, painting and pick-and-place robotic arms. Working in RoboDK, path planning for manipulators can be designed in the development phase of the factory build.

Complex engineering software development can be supported using tools such as Matlab, Simulink and associated toolboxes. General software coding does not form part of our services.

Failure Analysis

Failures of components in mobile equipment can cause costly unscheduled 'down-time'. If the root cause of a failure is not addressed, the problem is never truly resolved.  

 

We offer services in providing root cause technical reports, giving confidence that issues are permanently resolved and documenting issues for future reference.

Crane Stability Tests

Mobile cranes and excavators used for lifting in Australia are required to be compliant to Australian Standard (AS1418). Consultation and witnessed testing forms part of our experienced services.

Structural

Machinery with mid-life and end-life inspections can be completed by an engineer with design knowledge, providing extra safety and quality to inspections. When specific service requirements are not available from the original equipment manufacturer, inspections plans can be developed from the Australian Standards.

Non-Destructive Tests

By partnering with external consultants such as Fusion NDT, we can provide testing that covers the whole design, while leaving the structure fully functional and ready to use.
